Terms and Conditions…

To enter the giveaway, you must have purchased a ticket after the post has been made (or had a guest ticket purchased with your name) and repost the instagram post (on our instagram) for the giveaway on your story. Thats all! The entry will end at 11:59pm on Monday 24th March. [For us to work out who has entered, you must send us a DM of a screenshot of your story, this is especially important if you have a private account].

Sidney Midsummer Event Team have the right to withdraw this offer at any time with immediate notice (which would be made clear in the comments of the post and here) alongside final say in the validity of any entries to the giveaway. This is a giveaway provided in good faith by the comittee to make buying tickets in good time enjoyable for all, and there is no legal gaurantee to this. You know the drill 😉

In terms of how winners will be selected it will be with a digital pseudo-random number generator onto an indexed list and winners will be selected in front of the comittee (to ensure no biasing). Remainders entries will be converted to a more plentiful prize, i.e. if 33 people purchased tickets, an extra sidbar drink would be given away and one ticket would be up for grabs by every entrant. Terms regarding winning will remain adjustable according to the comittee with the good faith intention of making the giveaway fair and fun. The comittee does gaurantee that the winners will be random out of the entrants, with no biasing or tampering on who wins a free ticket out of the entrants.

The Sidbar Drink will either be a (VK, Beer or premium soft drink item) or a £3 sidbar voucher depending on the number of drinks to giveaway. The method of recieving the free drink will be decided by the comittee based on the number to giveaway with the intention of balancing ease of use for winners and sidbar employees. The vouchers will be redeemable at the start of easter term – with official dates given to all winners at the time of distribution. The comittee reserves the right to offer free drinks on a single night should numbers be sufficiently high.
